Spinner rings are often used as a tool to help with anxiety.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eYour rings can be textured using a selection of hammers and stamps  before soldering and forming them together as one stunning ring.  You will learn the basics of silversmithing including how to work out your ring size, sawing, forming, soldering, texturing\/stamping, refining and polishing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003ePlease be sure to bring with you any reading glasses you need and ensure long hair is tied back. As this class is over lunch time, we will have a short break.
